Sleep.
Getting a good sleep is vital to our health and its something that most of us lack. According to the National Institute of Health 20% of Americans suffer from some sought of sleeping problem and does not realize it. Some of the most common sleeping disorders are Insomnia, Sleep Apnea, Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) etc. Studies state that sleep is required for the functioning of our immune as well as nervous system. Little to no sleep can make us drowsy and unable to concentrate the next day.
Moreover, it's very important to get enough sleep when you are stressed. Relaxation techniques calm you and let you forget your stresses. Yoga, meditation and warm bubble bath are some good relaxants that you can follow before your bed time. It's important to establish a consistent time for going to bed & waking up. Your body becomes used to it, and helps you to fall asleep more easily.
